Apostle of our Lord and King Jesus Christ by Apostle Cordell J. Napier of Footsteps of
Faith Ministries.
Dr. Luke is called by God to open churches in locations where others bypassed. He has
established five churches under his leadership called Leap of Faith Christian Center
San Bernardino at the Laurel Wellness Care Center, Leap of Faith Christian Center
Redlands at Madison Grove Post Acute, Leap of Faith Christian Center Riverside at Cal
Oaks Senior Living, Leap of Faith Christian Center San Bernardino (2) at The Magnolia
Senior Apartments, and Leap of Faith Christian Center Houston, TX.
